TERMS & CONDITIONS:
a). Our Daily Departure Time From Semporna is ~ 8.30am. Please standby in our Diveshop at 8.00am.
b). During PADI Courses, destinations and islands are fixed by our company. Any Day Trips listed under PADI Courses in the Official Receipt are subject to change without prior notice.
c). For any extension days after a PADI Course, an instructor & boat fees of RM250/student/day will be charged.
d). Any payment made is non-refundable and non-transferable to other dates except NBDSS/Sipadan Scuba canceled the bookings due to the weather factors.
e). Please inform us if your flight has been delayed or canceled. No refund for any missed transfer for Airport Pick-Up arrangement will be given.
f). Please take down the Booking ID No or print out this Receipt and present it to our Front Desk Staff upon arrival.

CO-OPERATION:
In order to get your trip organized and not missing your boat schedule that leaves at 8.30am daily, please come to Sipadan Scuba Divecentre a day before the first trip to complete all paperwork and arrange any rental equipment. Those who only arrive in Semporna in the late evening before a day trip/courses are required to be at the Divecentre at 7.30am next morning.

NOTICE FOR TRIPS FROM SEMPORNA:
Every person entering an island off Semporna will be required to pay a Permit/Conservation fee/Jetty fee subject to implementation by the Government as well as a landing fee at islands with Resorts for use of Resort facilities!

DESTINATION OF THE ISLANDS:
Sipadan Scuba/NBDSS reserves the right to change the destination of the islands for bookings of less than 6 persons.
Any paid day trip to Sipadan will be conducted as booked and confirmed.

PICNIC LUNCH:
Please note that our picnic lunch is a basic lunch provided by us as a FREE BONUS! Some extra fruits and drinks are also added. If you expect a buffet lunch like those served by a 5 Star Resort that would cost you 5-star $$$ you won't get them here! We encourage those who are quite specific when it comes to food or tend to have a huge appetite to bring their own from any of the local restaurants in Semporna. There are plenty of restaurants in the town where you can get takeaway lunches or other snacks. Please ensure that any food taken along is not packed in plastic wrapping in line with local government regulations.

ENVIRONMENTAL AWARENESS:
The lunch provided comes wrapped in paper to reduce use of plastic bags and snacks will be kept in separate containers. The local government DOES NOT ALLOW plastic bags to be taken along on island trips. This is to reduce plastic bag use and ensure no harmful litter accidentally end up in our oceans. Recommended: Paper bags, banana leaf or proper plastic containers can be used.

RECOMMENDATION: FOR JUNGLE TRIPS:
Please bring along Torch Light, insect repellent, rain gear, hat, extra clothing, good walking shoes in the jungle, sun block, stomachache pills, aspirin and any pills are necessary to your health. (Please consult your doctor/a pharmacist before taking any pills).

FOR ISLAND TRIPS:
Please bring along insect repellent, rain coat, extra clothing, towel, sun block or sun tan lotion,sandals, ear drops, sea-sick pills, stomachache pills, aspirin and any pills are necessary to your health.
